Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and LifeOS Technologies Inc. (“LifeOS,” “we,” “us”) for use of LifeOS Signals and related services (the “Service”) at https://lifeoscore.ai. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with laws applicable to you.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risk, or remain inactive for extended periods where permitted by law.

Free trial. New accounts may receive a 3-day in-product trial with limited features. No payment is required for the trial unless you choose a paid plan.

Paid plans. Subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Team, and any Enterprise arrangements) are billed through Lemon Squeezy or other written agreement. Fees, renewal terms, and taxes are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Refunds. Paid subscription refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

LifeOS Signals provides AI-assisted market signals, analyses, trends, and related materials for informational purposes. Content is not investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the Service.

We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Signal scores, operator actions, and forecasts may be wrong or outdated.

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or third-party rights
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or circumvent access controls or plan limits
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Service content without written permission
• Upload malware, probe systems, or interfere with Service operation
• Use the Service to build a competing product using bulk extracted data
• Misrepresent affiliation with LifeOS or impersonate others

We own the Service, software, branding, and curated presentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during an active subscription or trial, subject to these Terms.

Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation. Do not remove proprietary notices from materials we provide.

API access is available on eligible paid plans. API use is subject to rate limits, authentication requirements, and acceptable use. We may revoke API keys for abuse or security reasons.

The Service integrates with third parties (including Lemon Squeezy and data sources). Their terms and privacy practices apply to those interactions. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIFEOS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You will defend and indemnify LifeOS against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Before filing suit, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt good-faith resolution for thirty (30) days.

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version. If you continue using the Service after the effective date, you accept the revised Terms where allowed by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, or discontinuation of the Service with notice where practicable.
