1. Who we are
LifeOS Technologies Inc. (“LifeOS,” “we,” “us”) operates LifeOS Signals at https://lifeoscore.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you use our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
Contact: [email protected]
2. Information we collect
Account information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, and credentials (stored using industry-standard authentication practices). We may store preferences you provide during onboarding (persona, interests, newsletter settings).
Usage and product data. We record how you interact with the Service — for example signals viewed, saved items, watchlists, plan tier, and feature usage — to operate the product, enforce plan limits, and improve relevance.
Payment-related data. Paid subscriptions are processed by our payment partner Lemon Squeezy. We receive subscription status, customer identifiers, and billing metadata from Lemon Squeezy; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Technical data. We automatically collect IP address, browser type, device information, and similar logs needed for security, debugging, and performance.
Analytics. If enabled, we use privacy-focused product analytics (e.g. PostHog) to understand funnels and feature adoption. You can contact us if you have questions about analytics cookies or identifiers.
3. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and secure the Service
- Authenticate users and manage subscriptions and entitlements
- Personalize feeds, trends, and operator-facing intelligence
- Send product emails you opt into (e.g. newsletters)
- Respond to support requests and legal inquiries
- Detect abuse, fraud, and violations of our Terms
- Comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
Depending on your location, we rely on contractual necessity (to deliver the Service you signed up for), legitimate interests (security, product improvement, analytics in proportionate form), and consent where required (e.g. certain marketing communications).
5. Sharing and processors
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed with:
- Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery) under contractual confidentiality and security obligations
- Lemon Squeezy for checkout, subscriptions, and tax where applicable
- Analytics providers when enabled, subject to their policies and our configuration
- Professional advisers or authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety
6. Retention
We retain account and usage data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. You may request deletion subject to limits described in Section 7.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email [email protected] with your request. We will verify your identity before acting.
You can update profile and newsletter preferences in Settings. Cancel paid subscriptions via the billing portal linked from your account or through Lemon Squeezy.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data we process. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International users
If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your home country.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe we have done so inadvertently.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate.
12. Governing law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
